BATMAN, FLINTSTONES, POPEYE, SCOOBY DOO, WONDER WOMAN, SUPERMAN, LITTLE ORPHAN ANNIE!
THESE ARE ALL ORIGINAL PRODUCTION ANIMATION CELS! UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, THEY ARE ALL FROM SATURDAY MORNING CARTOON SHOWS. ALL CELS ARE IN MINT CONDITION AND NICELY MOUNTED. (Our scans do not do justice to these images.)
CARMAN SANDIEGO
Where in the World is Carman Sandiego. Animation cell comes complete with original pencil sketch. Both pieces measure approximately 12 1/2 X 10 1/2. (Don't know why they scanned in different sizes.) Streak on top cel (in purple) is from the scan NOT the cel. This is an original production cel from the Saturday morning cartoon show. Both the painted cel and the underlying sketch are numbered A 31. There is more to both cels but they didn't fit in our flat bed scanner. This cel and the sketch are NOT mounted. MINT -- $15.00 (a real bargain, especially since it comes with the underlying sketch)
Batman (with two overlays composing Batman) and original painted background, $1200; Flintstones with underlying production sketch (it's just of the wheels). Perfect shape except for one small missing fleck of paint on the red cross bar over Fred's head which can be seen in scan -- $700.
Fred Flintstone. Image is 4 1/2 inches high from top of car to bottom of wheels. Cel has NOT been cut. It is in it's original state. I can find only two very small marks on it and that was after a very careful examination. It's as close to mint as possible without actually being 100% perfect. (NOTE: Please ignore glow on left and what appear to be water marks on the right; they are the result of the flash and do not appear on the cel itself. -- $700
Pebbles (from Flintstones) $380. One overlay. A second missing overlay acounts for the missing part of Pebbles foot.
Popeye $390.
Scooby Doo (with two ovrlays) $680; Wonder Woman (two overlays, one for mouth) $470. Crease does not appear in original.
Superman $290; Superman and Batman in combat with original painted background and two overlays, one for Batman, one for Superman -- $1200
This Little Orphan Annie animation cel comes from an Ambersol commercial made in the 60s or 70s. $500; Flash Gordon cel from 1981 TV series, with original painted background and certificate of authenticity -- $800
